Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Submission period: from 10 October 2011 to 15 January 2012.
Abstracts must be submitted by e-mail to ascochyta2012@uco.es
Authors are encouraged to name their files according to the format: ascochyta2012_surname. Authors will receive a notification of acceptance. Abstracts will be published in a proceedings book but submitted abstracts that are not presented by author(s) will not be published.

Abstracts Content
- A short title: in bold 14 points Times New Roman font and centered
- The name and affiliation of the authors: surname followed by the initials of first and middle names and affiliations. The name of the presenting author must be underlined and his/her e-mail address provided
- A main text: including an accurate, clear and concise description of the background, objectives, results and conclusions obtained. The text should not include sections headings
- Some selected references: Surnames followed by the initials of first and middle names of the authors (year of publication). Title of the publication, short title of the journal, volume: pages
Abstracts format
- Abstracts must be in English
- Documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word
- The text must be left and right justified (excepting the title)
- The whole abstract must fit into a page (2.5 cm up/down border; 3 cm right/left borders) and do not exceed 350 words including references
- 12 point Times New Roman font, excepting for the title that must be in 14 point Times New Roman font
- Single spacing
Poster presentation
The dimension assigned to each poster must be: 95 cm wide x 120 cm high.
Guidelines for oral presentations will be sent to selected authors with notification of acceptance.
